Short Film concerned with the phenomenon of the Bystander Effect

A young girl heads home from work on a dark, wet evening. On leaving her car in the car park attached to her block of flats, she chats briefly with her housemate Holly who is on her way out to visit her boyfriend, before continuing towards her front door. A stranger passes Holly on his way in to the car park as she exits. Switch to the perspective of residents inside the flats, who hear scuffling and a shriek. Several residents look out and see the young girl being attacked by this stranger in the forecourt of the flats but for various reasons, all turn away from their windows and do not go to help. Holly returns to find her flatmate dead on the forecourt floor, and her screams fail to draw any attention from the residents who continue to turn away.
