A period-drama following Adelaide in a bid to leave her husband and her old life behind her, and start a new one with Isaac, a young man whom she has fallen in love with from the village.

The story follows a young woman named Adelaide in her bid to run away from her husband Richard with a young man called Isaac whom she has fallen in love with from the village. With the help of her house maid Grace she is able to leave the house, her husband, and her old life behind her.
