Man has ability to see through walls.
A lonely man lives in a block of flats. He is troubled by the lives of his neighbours, which he gets brief glimpses of owing to his ability to see through the connecting walls. Feeling helpless to improve the situation, he hits on the idea of setting off the fire alarm to help bring the residents together.
