A man discovers a set of golden headphones that can pick up people's inner songs.

A dyssocial man is one day given a gift of a pair of headphones that can pick up people's "inner songs", and what they are feeling. He goes on an adventure through town, discovering its people, and eventually finds his own emotional redemption by giving the headphones on to a little girl.
