Exploring Birminghams recycling issues
For a long time Mollie Taylor has been interested in the environment and the effect that recycling has on it. Having lived in Birmingham for two years and with it being the 2nd largest city in the whole of the UK she felt that it was important to look into why the rate of recycling in Birmingham was so low. So she went to Birmingham to talk to the people who matter, the public, to find out what they think about recycling and their thoughts on who Birmingham can be changed for the better. She also gets the chance to meet representatives from the council and friends of the earth to get a clearer picture of what's being done to increase recycling rates.
