A short sketch about how manipulative estate agents are and how desperate people are to live in the "trendiest" post codes even if this means literally buying a sewer for mega bucks. It is done in a heightened style but with strong references to what it is actually like to buy in the current climate that anyone who has bought or sold recently will relate to.
