His legacy lives on at the University of Reading, where a nutrition unit is named in his honour. Produced by The Museum of English Rural Life in association with the Hugh Sinclair Unit of Human Nutrition, University of Reading. Made with the generous support of the Wellcome Trust. Filmed and edited by Motion Blurr Studios.
