According to the majority of the world, Bill is what appears to be an ordinary, working man. To a handful of people, he is a sleeper agent working for an anti-terrorism unit in Leicestershire. Once more he has been activated and put back to work: this time to eliminate three suicidal terrorists before they take a chemical which will have disastrous consequences on the Nation if he is to fail.
