I Hate Goodbye's All My Life

An improvisational feature length film, due to be finished in early 2013.

The film is semi-improvisational, allowing segments of the film to be unknown, until the day of filming. This being so, it is quite difficult to write on here what this film will actually be, because this is yet to be discovered. This film is challenging the very process of filmmaking. We want to revel in the unknown and truly allow ourselves to create a moment that has not been preconceived. A central theme of the film has come from researching into women in cinema and feminism. There is a definite lack of female stories being told in cinema, films made by women, about women. I aim to challenge this, and devote my narrative to the life of a young woman. The film follows a young woman through seemingly insufficient and quiet moments in her life. She lives with her sister and her niece. Specific scenes and visual references have been created in relation to some of the scenes within the film;
