A junky is running in the woods, pursued by the angel of Death

A man is jogging in woods, when he starts to feel a presence. It is the Death, who comes to take him. But a woman in white comes and saves him. Then he wakes up, under a tunnel, and finds a syringe beside him. He is a junky who had a bad trip.
