The population has been infected and Sam is on the run.

When Sam comes home to find a violent stranger in his house and his wife infected with a terrible virus, he has no option but to run. Haunted by the figure of his wife and fleeting glipses of her running from him, he must try to work out what has caused the awful infection and why the masked man is drawing him to kill his loved ones... before it's too late.
