Kitty is a troubled woman suffering insanity and violent nightmares in which she gruesomely kills random victims. She soon comes to realize that her nightmares are real and she is uncontrollably killing people. Kitty is loosing her mind and does not know what to do or how to deal with this very real nightmare. She goes to her sister Scarlett for help but Scarlett is more involved than Kitty could ever imagine.
