Hannah Roberts (Hollie Burrows) finds herself on a tense and emotional journey as she battles the vigour's of everyday life with her own insecurities. Declan Thomas (Darren Sharman) then appears and Hannah's life takes one more dramatic twist as she is thrown into one of those defining journeys, where the outcome is far from clear.
