A short drama.
The film focuses on a young man who has left his past behind and moved to England. He initially blends into the background of society as he goes about his job as a street sweeper. But as he watchs peoples lives unravel around him he decides to come forward and get involved to try and make a difference, most notably when he tries to stop a thug mugging a lady in the street after witnessing his violent antics.
