These are the heroes that we never knew saved us
This documentary will tell the story of the No. 303 Squadron before, during and after the Battle of Britain, explain their contribution to the battle and the success achieved by the polish airman. It will heavily rely on the stock footage and photos gathered through museums, families of the pilots and online sources to obtain a realistic feeling to the whole piece. The film will be mostly driven by a story of Franciszek Kornicki, one of the pilots of the No.303 Squadron and later on the youngest squadron commander of a No. 308 Squadron. The documentary will be dedicated to him and his family due to his recent passing.
