Drama about a woman who helps an abused young girl
After enduring her father's violent behaviour, Ruth leaves home and walks the streets at night. Suffering an asthma attack she is then robbed of her belongings and lies helpless. Jaz, a woman also wandering the streets to avoid her violent husband, finds her. Together they bond and talk through their pain. Jaz recognises Ruth as the daughter of Dave, a childhood friend who was abused by his father. When Dave appears, Jaz angrily confronts him.
