Little Wiley finds a way of overcoming jealousy and being in the aquatic environment so dear to him
The film’s main character is Wylie, a young boy whose hearing loss and sensitivity creates a sometimes hostile environment around him. Wylie has a fascination with water and all things aquatic, which has become his refuge when he needs to retreat. He never travels far without his trusty goldfish bowl. With a new sibling on the way, Wylie is forced to confront the impending changes that may upset the balance of his world.
