A man with a personality disorder walks into a doctor's surgery and takes it upon himself to play God.
A man who has a personality disorder wakes up feeling in the mood to kill something, or someone. He walks into a doctor's surgery and his different personality takes over and pretends he is foreign, then out of nowhere he kills the receptionist and then chases the other patients around the surgery
