Police drama involving life as an officer
James and Lily are on shift together, delivering bad news to someone who has lost a loved one. James, a relatively green officer, takes issue with Lily's cold, clinical technique in regard to the job. Over the course of the film James dies and Lily is forced to confront her own humanity and finds a chink in the cold facade she's cultivated over the course of her career.
