Father stops a drug cartels ambitions to import drugs to the SW of England after losing his daughter to drugs.

The cartels are moving drugs into the SW via a rock band of surfers who meet up with boats, bring the drugs ashore and sell at their gigs. Dave overhears their plans in a pub and decides to put a stop to it at the next shipment.
