Written and Directed by Pablo Fernandez-Vilalta and produced by Manifest Films, "The Pearl of Jorge" is an independent drama tells how Jorge, a renowned writer, shuts in his summer home to finish his last novel. The creation process goes through various stages, better and another worse and no matter what is being left on the road, just the end result being the most important for the artist. The film was shot between Oviedo, Villaviciosa and Madrid, in October and November 2012 and TLM was responsible for pre-production and uptake of Direct Sound.
