A grief counsellor uncovers more than she bargained for when she works with the friends of a deceased student.
Leticia Drowned, and Zoey must help her schoolmates through their grief. Especially Joshua, an awkward boy, one of those children who you just know is a target for bullies... But is that the whole picture? When Joshua's mum has a friend round for dinner, he reveals a darker side. And soon Zoey sees through his frail act - or perhaps he is just too proud to let himself remain covered. Because when Zoey pushes too hard, she coughs, chokes...and drowns in the middle of a classroom. No she doesn't. Joshua picks her back up, dries her off, puts her back. Their final meeting concludes. Zoey knows that there is something wrong with this boy. What it is? That's the mystery.
