Lingua Franca is a freewheeling & vivid romantic comedy short film following two characters from different countries as they journey around London.

The film follows George and Jaleh as they meet outside a closed youth hostel. Coming from totally different countries (Greece, Iran) we follow them as they comically try to connect and communicate with each other. The journey begins when they find a mysterious bag; its content leads them through a luminous London night. Lingua Franca is a multi-lingual, multi-cultured, rich film full of surprises, humour and explores human connection.
