Jeff is a recently one-armed deaf man. He's been having trouble fitting back in to the deaf community. At a party, feeling particularly alone, he spies the woman of his dreams. But as signing has become particularly difficult due to his loss of arm, will he be able to make his feelings clear... and what is the secret that Annie, his beautiful love interest holds?
