"Lucey Way" is a simple yet deep and poetic documentary portrait of its titular place, Lucey Way during the Covid-19 lockdown. The filmmaker begins with a simple gesture of filming life from her balcony at the start of lockdown and by sticking with it over months manages to build a portrait of a community and of a very particular historical moment of waiting.
