This is a short documentary about a small Yorkshire town called Marsden and it's unusual annual Jazz Street Parade. As the town centre is built on a hill the parade begins at the top and works its way down. The public watch as numerous Jazz bands perform their way down the street and up again. The documentary is designed to show the audience how such a small town is effected both socially and business-wise due to the parade's popularity.
