Danger, fear and lust combine in an erotic game. Carl (Steve Furst) is chased by a gang intent on killing him. In desperation he seeks refuge in a restaurant where a beautiful woman (Sara Stewart) is dining alone. Cornered, Carl knows that one false move from either of them will cost him his life. But desire is about to lay its own subtle trap… Based on a short story by German cult writer Hans Herbst, 'Medium Rare' also stars Derren Brown in his acting debut.
