A depressed Community is brought to life by kindness & Salsa
A depressed community filled with crime and poverty is suddenly awoken from its self-serving, inward looking repression by the arrival of Milagro, a free spirited, and musically inspired, kind outsider. Her act of public kindnesses awaken the self-serving and lck-lustre community to believe in one another again breaking the spell of economic depravity and bring the community to life ending in all singing, all dancing salsa fever.
