‘Missteps’ is a comedy drama that revolves around the protagonist, Donna. Bored of the club culture, she is just like her mother, born and raised a soul child. Fed up of the repetitive and dull music played in her local club by dim-witted DJ, Trevor, Donna sets out to change her peers mind and bring soul music back into the club scene. The film takes on what it is like as a young adult in the modern world with different opinions and the missteps you make along the way.
