For Investigating Acting module at university we were given a scene from Motortown that depicts everyday life and how war affects long term relationships. In this scene we see the arrival of Danny antagonising his former girlfriend Marley at a local cafe in Essex. Marley tries very hard not to give Danny the cold shoulder in fear of what he may do to her, however; we see how she teases, flirts then decided that he is not good enough for her by the end of the scene. She leaves the cafe leaving Danny baffled yet charmed.
