A film about a gang of youths, telling the story of two drugs victims. A news reporter tries to get a story on two chavvy drugs victims and ends up being taken hostage by two of the gang members, and then when this mysterious evil superhero shoots dead the two teens who have tied her up she finds herself with another story on her hands.
