Neutered is the quirky, offbeat story of a young man's fear to pursue what he really wants in life.

Richard is like many other office administration workers with one exception. He is a smart, dedicated, loyal worker who somewhere along the line gave up on his youthful dreams and settled for a steady paycheck. He also has a permanent dog cone around his neck.
