The men discussing the unfaire world

Two men meet on a beach. They complain about the world's unfairness while getting drunk. One of them is a foreigner who has a number for activating a bomb that would destroy the planet. He gives it to native man. The native man wakes up with horrible hangover. in his anger and pain he calls the number given to him by the foreigner.
