Through enactments of their memories and dreams of past ethnic conflict and war, seven inhabitants of a de facto state on the Black Sea unfurl a chain of profound human stories. This hybrid documentary is at once poetic and investigative in it's embrace of collective expression through art as necessary regenerative community-building action.
