A man suffering with Cataplexy finds a new outlook on life

This film is about Isaac, a man suffering from a severe case of narcolepsy and cataplexy and how he struggles to find enjoyment out of everyday life. He has lost his job and feels imprisoned in his own home, a place he very rarely leaves, unless it is with his carer Maggie. His cataplexy causes him to have an attack when he experiences strong emotions. The attack can completely paralyse him for a period of time, and Isaac finds it hard to suppress his emotions and look after himself in order to protect himself from injury. Maggie is silently angry with him for not making the most of his life, but through the help of her son Rhys, Isaac finds a way to cope and to start enjoying life.
