Illegal immigrant escapes through forest and hides on boat.

Unbeknown to boat owner, there is an illegal immigrant hiding under a tarpaulin in the front of the boat. The owner only realises when he is in a lock which is supervised by a very intimidating lock keeper. The boat owner protects the fugitive, but later finds that he has quietly left the boat again.
