One Friend in a psychological Thriller about a man with a mental illness who struggles with his inner and outer demons in his search for true love. Ben has a mental illness and he is taking medication to get rid of his symptoms, which include 3 flat mates whom he has created and knows well, but who stop him from interacting with the 'real' world. As the medication starts working, his hallucinatory flatmates slowly disappear, and he finds a girlfriend, Sandra. Just when everything is looking very promising, the side effects of his medication start making Ben ill. Ben decides to stop taking the drug; a decision which has some disturbing consequences.
