The concept was to inform viewers about how the café offers support and assistance to its team members. The documentary also has a focus on how the café has been established, the aims and objectives and the future plans and ambitions of those involved. Another intention also present within the documentary was to portray the members of the wider community who give up their free time to volunteer on a daily basis as well as focusing on the team members themselves.
