A caper movie with a shocking twist

A teenage boy awakes in the room of a teenage girl after a one night stand. He has to sneak out of her house without being caught by any of the members of the girl's family. After several close scrapes the boy eventually makes it to freedom, whereupon we discover that he had actually broken into the house and killed the teenage girl the night before.
