A shy man named Ben arranges to meet an escort named Lola at a hotel bar. He does not want to spend the night with her but searches for companionship and someone to talk to. Taking pity on him Lola sticks around to talk. This leads to Ben and Lola eventually going to a room in the hotel where sex and tragedy await.
