Corporal Mathews and Dr. Fisher are called to a remote Scottish Highland Bothy, their mission is to investigate reports of a dead hiker, believed to have died from the first case of an infectious disease.

Recently graduated, Dr Fisher is a young and talented Doctor. She feels a great deal of accomplishment for being asked to investigate the first possible case of Ebola in the UK. She understands the gravity of the situation, while Corporal Mathews who has served in the army for 8 years, has "seen it all before" and when ordered to escort Dr. Fisher to a possible first outbreak of Ebola, he is reluctant to be there. However, a sinister presence brings the two together.
