When the world's energies are being hoarded by a greedy corporation, how can we get our share?

The film is a musical set somewhere in the future, where the world's energy is in short supply. An organisation set up by a Mr. Nelcha called the WWEF (World Wide Energy Federation) is in total control of which cities get clean air, clean water, warmth and a good supply of food. As the tax rate is too high for most cities to afford all four of the essential needs, Mr. Nelcha has set up a game show for contestants from each city to win the energy supply that is in short supply in their city. Except there is a twist - no one has ever won the game, as it is rigged for no one to win. That is, until four unlikely looking contestants appear on the game show, each one needing one of the four energies on offer for their city: Fredrick Robinson needing heat for his city, Erica Samson needing food, Winona Cunnings needing clean water and Wendy Downs needing clean air. As each of the contestants wins each of their energy, Mr. Nelcha begins losing his. Slowly but surely he loses his food, his heat, his clean water and his clean air. These four contestants are no ordinary contestants - each one of them represent one of the four angry elements, Fredrick (Fire), Erica (Earth), Winona (water) and Wendy (Wind).
