A mysterious man takes a series of phone calls which slowly reveal his true identity.

A Christmas-time evening and Colin Haskill is in the back of a car talking to his wife about the special night he has planned for them both. He teases her with Christmas presents, wine, candles and... Excited he hangs up the phone and settles in for the journey but is visibly perturbed by another phone call coming through on a different phone. This time it is his boss who informs him that he has work to do and must immediately see to it, thus spoiling his evening entirely. He wishes his boss Merry Christmas, then hangs up. Now visibly livid, Colin receives a final call from a lackey who has made mistake after mistake. Colin gives the lackey one last chance to clean up after a failed assassination attempt or else Colin will be digging a grave for him tonight, alongside the body of a deceased Santa Claus figure crumpled in a suitcase beside him. Cutting the call, Colin orders the car driver to pull over by adjusting the gun he has had at his back the entire journey. Colin then exits the car not before sadistically telling the driver to cheer up, "It's Christmas after all".
