Based on the infamous American criminal Pretty Boy Floyd of the 1920's
Based on the life of Charles Arthur "Pretty Boy" Floyd and his gang in 1920's America. Their string of crimes and shenanigans force them to go on the run, where they get caught in a sticky situation with a ruthless reporter named Vivian. Labelled as "Public Enemy" and a suspect for the Kansas City Massacre, Pretty Boy and the gang decide to flee their hideout in Ohio, only to find the police ready and waiting.
