Adam Goodwin will never age and never die, unless science can help to kill him.

Adam Goodwin has contracted a mysterious retrovirus that renders him unable to age and effectively immortal. After hundreds of years of life and several failed suicide attempts he seeks scientific help at a secretive institute to help end his life. However, he soon finds himself prisoner in an institution that cannot help him and refuses ever to let him go, for the fear that he may pass his condition to others of the population.
