A manic depressive writer who tries to take on and compete with Hollywood by writing and making his own film. The only problem is that he hasn't got any money. And when it comes to the world of film making that's a huge problem. Will this witless maverick manage to pull off the impossible dream by writing and making a film on a shoe string budget that can compete and rival with Hollywood's best?
