A lost American travels with his long-lost Ukrainian cousin to the Highlands of Scotland
wo relatives who could just as well be strangers are lost in a land they don't know in this comedy from director Eric Lynne. Rob (Robert Chester Smith) is an American tourist in his twenties who pays a visit to Scotland for the first time. Rob has some unexpected company for his trip; Valentyna (Kimi Reichenberg), his distant cousin from Russia, happens upon Rob and they end up traveling together. However, neither Rob or Valentyna is much of a navigator, and before long they're lost, with no idea of where to go and not much to say to one another. Rob and Valentyna In Scotland received its world premiere at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, where it received an honorable mention in the short film competition
