Hazel has a room to rent, but wants more than a lodger!

This is a comedy about a young guy who is leaving home, he wants to find a cheap lodging and so contacts Hazel, whose advert for a cheap room he answers, Hazel wants a younger man and goes out of her way to try and flirt with George, much to his annoyance!
