Dissapearance caused by the opposite of lightning
Rose Howard, an English exchange student witnesses an event that was never meant to be seen by human eyes in Turin, Italy, the only place in the world where the town's police station has a real working X-Files. Rose is taken into witness protection by two Italian inspectors for her own safety when her life is put in danger by what can only be described as 'the opposite to lightning'.
