Ruby's Story

An one short educational film, as part of a series for Sainsbury's managers on improving communications with staff suffering from mental health issues.
Ruby is suffering from depression and anxiety, because of this she is making silly mistakes at work. When confronted by the manager, simply asking if she is OK, Ruby's emotions overwhelm her and she runs off the shop floor. She runs to the stock room, where the manager finds her on the brink of tears and suggest they go somewhere more private for a chat. They arrive at her office and have a candid and professional discussion about how to better manage Ruby's health around work.
